Jill Underdahl, CSJ, M.A. degrees in Irenic Studies, peace and conflict transformation, and nonprofit management, has worked with young adults in spirituality, social justice, and English education for 15 years. She is also a trained spiritual director. Through nature and poetry, she finds a source for spiritual expression. Through meditation, writing, and travel, she cultivates compassion and abilities to see herself, people, and situations through the widest eyes and biggest heart possible. She professed vows with the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet in 2001. |

Jennifer Tacheny, M.A. pastoral ministry, has 10 years of experience in religious studies, social justice, and spirituality education. As graduates of the Land Stewardship Project’s Farm Beginnings program in sustainable agriculture, she and her partner Steven run a small organic vegetable business on their family farm in Mankato during the summer months. Jennifer brings her education and experience in sustainable agriculture to Celeste’s Dream as coordinator of the community garden. Food is a passion that Jennifer cultivates in a variety of ways including five years of cooking, baking, and managing at St. Martin’s Table restaurant and bookstore. Jennifer and Steven play music together as Daisy Chain when they can sneak it in amidst work, farming, and raising three young children. |
