There are many ways that people can connect with the spirit and charism of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet. Becoming a consociate is a step of real discernment because the individual makes a serious commitment to the CSJ community and furthering the CSJ mission of “always moving toward the profound love of God and neighbor without distinction."

In considering becoming a Consociate, ask yourself:
- Do I want to align myself with a spiritual community that is committed to inclusive, welcoming spirituality and right relationship with others and the earth?
- Does my participation in CSJ activities -- Wisdom Ways, rituals, justice efforts, and other expressions of the CSJ spirituality/mission -- strengthen my commitment to my family, to the wider community, and to the world?
- Would my spiritual life and journey be enriched and deepened by a closer connection with the CSJs?
- Do I feel called to something deeper and is the time in my life that I am able to act upon it?
