To celebrate the end of our 17th growing season, we share with you our Celeste’s Dream Community Garden Cookbook! Recipes, prayers and reflections come from the gardeners. Special thanks to 2020-2021 student intern Ellen Heistand for her leadership on this project! Now that the harvest has come to a close, home cooks may be interested in garden recipes like Celeste’s Green Tomato Pie or a warming Butternut Squash Soup. This is a treasure of delicious dishes, healing remedies and more!
