Human Resources Manager

The Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, St. Paul, has an opening for a Human Resources Manager.  This position implements and supports HR functions for the CSJ Province, St. Mary’s Health Clinics and CSJ Ministries Foundation; this is a sole HR practitioner position, and has no direct reports.

Main responsibilities include recruitment, hiring and on-boarding, benefits and compensation administration, employee relations and wellness initiatives, and sourcing employee training and development opportunities. The HR Manager also ensures compliance with all applicable local, state and federal employment guidelines and statutes.

Qualified individuals have:

  • a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field;
  • 5 or more years experience as an HR Generalist or Manager;
  • experience with payroll administration, benefits and compensation analysis and program implementation;
  • demonstrated skills at recruitment and hiring;
  • solid and successful experience with conflict resolution, and employee/supervisor advocacy and coaching.
