As you know, earlier this week the Trump administration once again chose to place our immigrant neighbors and their families at grave risk. On January 8 , the federal government announced that it will rescind temporary protected status(TPS) for 262,500 people from El Salvador who were granted permission to live and work in the United States after two earthquakes rocked El Salvador in 2001. El Salvador is the fourth country whose citizens have been stripped of their right to protection by President Trump’s administration.
