Join us in praying for these women in initial formation across the U.S. and Canadian Federations of the Sisters of St. Joseph. We welcome these individuals and invite all to learn more about the ways to share in our charism!

On September 12, 2021, we welcomed our newest candidate, Guadalupe Moore. During her candidacy, Lupe will share community with our sisters at Sophia Community in Sherman Oaks, California and continue her ministry at Mount St. Mary’s University (founded by our sisters in 1925). Get to know her more. Welcome, Lupe!

We are blessed in celebrating Kristina DeNeve’s First Profession. Watch the prayer service of her profession (from June 15, 2021) below.

As part of orientation to CSJs, Jennifer and Jill traditionally show their St. Kate’s interns significant sites of CSJs.  This year they were able to also share this tour with the Carondelet Novitiate Community.  Together, they visited the site of the original CSJ cabin/St. Joseph’s Academy and Hospital at corner of Kellogg and Robert, downtown St. Paul.  They also visited the museum at St. Joseph’s Hospital and the Cathedral of St. Paul.  Along the way, they also showed the CSJ route in 1905 to St. Catherine’s by driving down Grand and Cleveland Avenue to Derham Hall.
