Conflict Transformation

Transforming conflict is more lasting and effective than resolving conflict. Why? We will explore the differences between conflict resolution and conflict transformation. We will also learn and practices communication and spiritual skills to help us transform conflict and cultivate compassion for self, others, and the world. God is in Everything. Everything is Holy. You are Holy.

We explore the presence of God in all life since the beginning of creation. The natural rhythms of life teach us about patience, trust, building community, and making dreams reality. As participants in the ongoing creation of our universe and our own lives, we explore how we can live creatively and harmoniously. This retreat includes story-telling, reflection, and the creative arts.

From Mask to Mirror: Beauty and You

Moving beyond perceived notions of ourselves, we learn more about who we are and how we can live more authentically. Story-telling, reflection, and creative arts will enrich our understanding of these ideas.

The Mystic Voice: Helping Us See God and Our Place in Creation

Mystics are persons who love deeply and are in touch with the reality of God. This retreat focuses on the life and works of the 12th century mystic Hildegard of Bingen. Who was she? What was the world like in the 12th century for a woman? What were Hildegard’s visions and how did she share her insights with others? We look at Hildegard’s visions through story, art, and music, and we consider how we see the world and our place in it today.

Seeker’s Retreat

What are your gifts? Who do you want to become? How will you contribute to the world? In this retreat we will navigate the depths of questions like these. We will reflect on where we’ve been, where we are, and where we’re going in life and consider mentors who challenge and inspire our true gifts.
